JaipurOfficer of : Jaipur Development Authority ,JDAIllegally built farm house and resort in 20 bighas were demolished in Zone-13 on Wednesday. Along with the resort, the JDA officials also demolished two under-construction commercial godowns located on the same plot.
Chief Controller of Enforcement of JDA Raghuveer Saini said in Rajarampura Village Near Tatiyawas Toll Plaza Sikar RoadWithout the permission and approval of JDA, a resort was made on about 5 bigha land of a private farm.
A farm house was also being built in the remaining 15 bighas. In fact, on reaching the Jaipur Development Authority office, the intruders had built a road and boundary wall.
“As soon as JDA was informed, action was taken and both the constructions were completely demolished,” said a JDA release.
Along with this, about one bigha of government land owned by Jaipur Development Authority in Zone-10 of Ecological Zone was made encroachment free on Wednesday. The land is situated in front of Bandra ki Dhani of Jaisinghpura, under the jurisdiction of Zone-10 and in its ecological zone.
Jaipur Development Authority’s release said, “On the instructions of Enforcement Officer Zone-10, this action was carried out by the enforcement squad.”
