Noida: The Greater Noida Authority Has launched a scheme of group housing projects on 11 plots. The authority is likely to get about Rs 950 crore from their allotment on the basis of reserve price.
The allotment is being done through e-auction. An official said that it is estimated that 10,000 flats will be built on these plots.
