Gurugram: Gurugram Bench of Haryana Real Estate regulator Authority (ACHERA) on Wednesday said that it has issued non-bailable warrants against 18 developers during 2022 for violating its orders.
The Court of Adjudicating Officer (AO) of RERA has issued non-bailable warrants against eighteen builders at different times in 86 contempt cases filed by 86 different complainants, RERA has issued a said in an official statement.

The AO court issued 20 non-bailable warrants against Raheja Developers in 20 contempt cases, wherein the AO court passed a decree in favor of the complainants-cum-allottees.

Ltd., five against Vatika Ltd., four against Ramprastha Promoters & Developers Ltd., three against Irio Grace Realtech, Imperia Structure Ltd. and Kashish Developers Ltd., two each against Angle Infrastructure Ltd., CHD Developers Pvt. Ltd., ILD Millennium and Supertech Ltd. and two more Tirupati Buildplaza Pvt. Ltd., and one each against Aleem Infotech City Pvt. Ltd., Blackberry Realcon Pvt. Ltd., Clarion Properties Ltd., Identity Buildtech, Pvt. Krish Realtech Ltd., Surrey Gurugram Pvt. Ltd. and Sepset Properties Ltd.

The AO’s office has also issued a show cause notice to the Commissioner of Police, Gurugram for not acting as per the warrant.
Adjudicating Officer Rajendra Kumar said, “The police is responsible for arresting the persons mentioned in the non-bailable warrants and producing them before the AO court, but it failed.
