Noida: In the 26th week of protests by homebuyers at Murti Chowk over pending registries, flat owners on Sunday sought cancellation of notices sent to them by the police under Section 111 of the CrPC to prevent breach of the peace. There is a pre-emptive solution. and public peace.

The protesters said that such notices will not deter them and urged the intervention of the Chief Minister and the Prime Minister to address their concerns.

“We have failed to understand the priorities of the government. While it is waiving corporate loans and allowing builders to benefit through various means, it is not ready to help flat buyers who have lost their vehicles. Earnings have been invested. Homebuyers of residential projects like Eco Village 1, 2 and 3, Ajnara Homes, Casa Greens, defense adelaAqua Garden etc participated in the demonstration on Sunday.

Earlier, the police had issued Section 111 CrPC notices to 8 ecovillage residents and 5 Ajnara Homes residents and imposed fines on them.
