Arora, chairperson of Supertech, told TOI that the delay in delivery of flats was not the company’s fault. “We’re coming again UP-RERA To recall RC. RERA has started hearing our applications. We have also requested the district administration to stop the recovery proceedings of RC as we are willing to give and amicable settlement with the rest of the allottees.

ADM (Finance) Vandita Srivastava said, ‘The administration has received Supertech’s letter. We have not yet taken a decision on stopping the RC proceedings. If RERA withdraws these RCs and informs us, we will comply.
