Kolkata, Hidko has started inviting applications to allot 54 cooperative societies residential Plots – in HIG and MIG co-operative housing New City Through lottery.
The plots, four to six katthas, would be for state employees including the police. Type-1 accommodation will be for state employees, Type-2 will be for others.
An additional 10% will be charged from the lease premium applicable on corner plots.
