New Delhi: Reliance Industries have entered commercial Real estate business.
“The company has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary named reliance sou ,Rasool) inter alia, to carry on the business of development of properties for commercial use,” it said in a BSE filing.
It has invested Rs 1,00,000 in the equity shares of RSOUL.
It already has another company developing industrial, residential and commercial townships in Jhajjar, Haryana Model Economic Townshipwhich is a subsidiary of Reliance VenturesWhich in turn is a wholly owned subsidiary of Reliance Industries.
