Nandan Nilekani's NRJN Family Trust sells Bengaluru residential property for Rs 55 crore

NRJN Parivar Trustfounded by Nandan NilekaniCo-Founder and Non-Executive Director Infosys Technologieshave sold residential Property in Bangalore in a deal worth approximately ₹ 54.70 Crore.

The property, spread over 9,488 sq ft, is located at 3rd Cross, 3rd Block, Koramangala and was sold to V Seetha, wife of C Valliappa, who is an industrialist and founder. Sona Valliappa Group (Expansion of gold group,

NRJN was represented by Sripriya Nellicherry Sivaraman. As per the registry document shared by Zapkey, the deal was registered on January 30.

Last year, NRJN Family Trust bought two properties Bangalore‘Billionaire Street’ of Koramangala area ₹59 cr and ₹58 cr, total built-up area 4,200 sq ft and 3,082 sq ft.

These properties are located in the third block of Koramangala Extension, as mentioned in the documents shared by Japki.

The Koramangala suburb abounds with new entrepreneurs, and prices remain high. There has been an increase in demand for larger homes, and the latest deal is expected to spur a spurt in large residential transactions in the city.

India’s technology capital is witnessing a rise in the number of UHNIs investing in second homes.
