New Delhi: Godrej Properties (GPL) has acquired Raj KapoorBungalow located at Deonar Farm Road, Chembur, Mumbai to develop a premium residential Project. The company said in a BSE filing that the land was purchased from the Kapoor family.
It acquired in May 2019 RK Studio From the Kapoor family, to develop Godrej RKS, a premium mixed-use project. The project is expected to be delivered in 2023.
The company’s MD & CEO Gaurav Pandey said, “The demand for premium developments has been strong over the last few years. This project will allow us to further strengthen our presence in Chembur.”
The company had reported a 44.54 per cent increase in its net consolidated profit during the quarter ended December 31, 2022. Its profit after tax (PAT) in Q3FY23 stood at Rs 56.40 crore, as against Rs 39.02 crore recorded in the corresponding quarter. Last year’s
