Gurugram: DTCP directs structural audit companies to meet RWAs of 15 societies

Gurugram: The Department of Town and Country Planning (DTCP) has directed four empaneled structural audit agencies to meet RWAs of 15 housing societies where residents complained about construction-related issues.

Four audit agencies — Bureau Vertias, TPC Technical Projects Consultants, Wintech Consultants and NNC Design International — were drafted by the district administration in August last year. After this, these agencies conducted surprise inspections of these societies and submitted their reports.

Officials said that now these audit agencies will meet the RWAs and residents of these 15 societies between February 13 and 16 to address their concerns.
