Officials said the latest valuation report took into account all costs incurred by their owners on the flats, including stamp duty, infrastructure development charges and electricity charges as well as internal works.
District town planner (enforcement) Manish Yadav said, “Recently a meeting was called by Additional DC Meena, which was attended by two assessors appointed for the purpose. They were asked to submit the final report by Monday, which would be examined and shared with the RWA and the builder. Based on the report, the claims of the flat owners will be settled.
The issue of structural audit of towers E and F was also discussed in the meeting. Efforts are being made to get the audit reports of both these towers at the earliest so that future course of action can be decided.
On February 10 last year, a portion of a sixth-floor apartment in Tower D of Sector 109 society collapsed on other floors, killing two residents in their second and first-floor flats.
Later, residents of two more towers in the society – E and F – were also asked to vacate as one of the balconies was found loose and the floor was in distress.
