Rohit Mishra, a resident of Sports City 1, said that despite paying all dues in advance, many home buyers are denied ownership of flats. “It is a basic consumer right. But no agency or administration is helping us.”

Homebuyer Ashish Vijay Puria of Supertech Project said, “Even after going into bankruptcy, things are not moving forward. All the agencies say they are here for us. So, who is stopping them from taking action against the builders?” Puria said.
