Noida: Residents of a housing society Greater Noida On Sunday, they protested against the developer for the lack of guards and other basic facilities, which were promised.
The protesters put up five pictures of Yogi Adityanath on chairs outside the towers of JKG Palm Court Appealed to the society and the CM to look into their complaints. He alleges that the builder had removed the guard of the society a few weeks back. He also raised security concerns, saying that the boundary wall that had been broken for several months was yet to be repaired.
The builder could not be contacted for comment despite repeated attempts.
“A few weeks ago, most of the housekeeping staff was removed. Now, even the guard has been asked to leave. Every week there is a problem with the lift. Where do we lodge a complaint now?” asked a resident.
Around 1,200 residents live in JKG Palm Court.
“The builder neither has the possession certificate nor has he ensured basic amenities like multipoint connection, power backup, club house etc. We are still being asked to pay.” maintenance feesaid Aseem Trivedi, a resident.
