New Delhi: WeWork IndiaA flexible workspace provider, has signed lease agreements for two new buildings, namely embassy one And Kalyani Roshni Tech hub in Bangalore, The workspaces will collectively have more than 6,000 desks spread over 362,000 square feet, the company said in a media release.
Kalyani Roshni Tech Hub’s workspace is spread over 310,000 sq ft and will open in December this year. It has more than 5,000 desks spread over eight floors. The center has been leased out in collaboration with Kalyani Group,
Embassy One is spread over 52,000 square feet and has a capacity of over 600 desks across two floors. WeWork India has entered into an operator model at Embassy One.
WeWork India has assets of over 5 million sq ft across 40 locations in NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Pune and Hyderabad.
