New Delhi: Godrej Properties entered into an agreement for the outright purchase of a land parcel in Khalapur , Raigarh, Maharashtrathe company said in a BSE filing.
Spread over approximately 89 acres, the proposed project is located near Imagica Theme Park and is estimated to have a development potential of around 1.9 million sq. ft. of salable area comprising mainly residential Plot Development.
The company recently purchased 60 acres of land near Oragadam Junction, Chennai on a lump sum basis. The project has a developable potential of around 1.6 million sq ft of salable area.
