TVS Motor Company bought a Residential 65 crore property in the costliest residential property transaction in Bengaluru.

It is not known whether the properties have been bought after redevelopment as investment or for personal use.
TVS Motor Company could not be reached for comment.
Koramangala, and its third block, known as Billionaire Road, has become a coveted neighborhood as HNIs look for marquee deals.
“The Koramangala suburb engages strongly with new entrepreneurs, and prices remain high. There has been an increase in demand for larger homes, and the latest deal is expected to spur a spurt in big-ticket residential transactions in the city,” says Property First said founder Bhavesh Kothari, a luxury property broking firm.
