Mumbai: Maharashtra Housing Area Development Authority (MHADA), known for providing open spaces, playgrounds and parks, will also introduce a swimming pool, gym, clubhouse and yoga center for the first time for its middle (MIG) and high income group (HIG) flat residents .

The 18-acre layout is divided into two plots – A and B. Plot A is on New Link Road and is within walking distance of the newly inaugurated Metro Line 2A (Pahari Goregaon Metro Station), while Plot B is close to SV Road and just a five-minute walk from Goregaon Railway Station. Plot B is where a 35-storey tower for HIG and MIG flats is being constructed with a swimming pool, three-storey podium parking and other amenities.
