Earlier, actor Rajkummar Rao bought a luxury triplex apartment in Juhu from actress Janhvi Kapoor, daughter of late actress Sridevi and producer Boney Kapoor, for around Rs 44 crore.
The apartment, spread over 3,456 sq ft, was priced at around Rs 1.27 lakh per sq ft in the transaction between Rao and Kapoor, pushing it into the list of the country’s costliest residential deals ever.
In January, Aryan had rented a luxury apartment on Juhu Tara Road from actor Shahid Kapoor for three years, totaling over Rs 2.89 crore.

Apart from celebrities from the Hindi film industry, Juhu counts several industrial and corporate giants among its prominent residents.
