Gurugram: Town and Country Planning Department (DTCP) has issued restoration orders to RWAs of Mayfield Garden License Colony To illegally construct commercial structures on a dispensary site.
Earlier in January 2023 it was served a show cause notice by the District Town Planner (Enforcement), but the RWA is yet to respond. According to the order, if the illegal construction is not removed within seven days, it will be demolished.

When the officers inspected the spot, the complaint turned out to be correct. Earlier, a show-cause notice was issued to the RWA in January with directions to file a reply within seven days, but it did not respond satisfactorily.
District town planner (enforcement) Manish Yadav said, “We have ordered the Mayfield Garden RWA to restore the site. The show cause notice was sent earlier also, but the RWA did not respond to it. Now seven days time has been given for restoration. If the structures are not removed, the department will demolish them.
Meanwhile, the DTCP also issued notices to traders in DLF 2 and 3 for carrying out illegal commercial activities and unauthorized constructions in violation of norms.
If the satisfactory answer is not given, the department has warned to run the sealing campaign.
