When the BMC decided to calculate the actual compensation, it found that for a 300 sq ft house in F/North (Sion) ward it would be Rs 23.8 lakh, in L (Kurla, Chunabhatti) ward it would be Rs 24 lakh. For G/South (Prabhadevi) ward it will be Rs 46.6 lakh, for G/North (Dadar) Rs 50 lakh. It decided to fix a band of Rs 25-40 lakh.
