Noida: The Noida Authority Four duplex villas were e-auctioned on Tuesday, out of which three were e-auctioned for more than the base price of Rs 1.79 crore. Officials said a villa was sold for Rs 2.08 crore.
During the auction, four units were auctioned, out of which HD-223 unit in Sector 135 fetched Rs 2.08 crore with a reserve price of Rs 1.79 crore. Officials said the unit was sold for a premium of Rs 29.50 lakh, which is 16.45% more than the reserve price.
Another duplex unit in Sector 135 was auctioned at Rs 1.92 crore, a premium of Rs 13 lakh, which is 7.25% above the reserve price.
A unit in Sector 62 with a reserve price of Rs 66.44 lakh was also sold without any increase.
Residential Home Department Noida The authority launched LIG, MIG and HIG duplex house schemes in January 2023. A total of 338 duplex apartments will be auctioned by Noida in Sectors 52, 62, 71, 99, 118 and 135. Of these, 314 units are LIG and the rest are MIG and HIG.
Officials said they received 10 applications for the three units during the auction. The remaining houses will be auctioned soon.
6.47 crore was earned during the auction.
