The lottery comprises 4,083 houses, of which 2,790 are for the EWS category, 1,034 for the Low Income Group (LIG), 139 under the Middle Income Group (MIG) category and 120 for the High Income Group (HIG) category.
There are a total of 2,790 homes for EWS category buyers with an annual income of up to Rs 6 lakh. Most of these include 1,947 flats in Pahari, Goregaon under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana. there are other 417 houses Antop Hilland 424 in Kannamvar Nagar, Vikhroli, The location of the other two is undefined.

A full timeline has been released for payment of the initial deposit and announcement of successful applicants. The names of the winners will be announced through a computerized lottery on July 18 at 11 am at Rangsharda Auditorium, Bandra.
