Indore: Action against illegal construction continues Indore Municipal Corporation (IMC) on Wednesday demolished an under-construction structure being built on 65,000 square feet of land without taking map approval from the civic body.

He said that the owner of the building was already served a notice to produce necessary documents including the approved map, but he failed to do so and when he was asked to remove the illegal structure, he did not respond to the order. Gave.

“Earth movers and laborers were engaged to demolish the illegal structure. Therefore, a notice will be served to the owner to recover the amount spent on demolishing the building,” said the deputy commissioner.

The IMC commissioner has also directed the concerned authorities to prepare a list of dilapidated structures and issue notices for their removal within a week. In case of government buildings being in dilapidated condition, such action will also be taken from the head of the department.
