representative imageUS-based professional services firm Marsh McLennan Global Services has renewed its lease for office space spread over 1.75 lakh sq. ft. Mumbai‘S Powai Suburbs for five years.
The company’s Indian arm has leased office space in Supreme Business Park At a monthly rent of Rs 100 per sq ft, which will see an increase of 15% after the initial three years.
Along with the office space, the company will also get exclusive access to a total of 181 car parking slots. Documents accessed by ET show that the transaction was completed and registered on April 12.
ET’s email query Marsh McLennan Global Services India and Supreme Housing & Hospitality, the developer of the commercial project, remained unanswered till press time. transaction advisor Cushman & Wakefield India declined to comment for the story.
Marsh McLennan is one of the world’s leading professional services firms in risk, strategy and people. In India, Marsh obtained its broking license from the Insurance and Regulatory Development Authority of India (IRDAI) and was established in 2003.
