Indore, Indore Development Authority ,idaStarted a six-day fair on Monday to sell more than 800 flats in the scheme 155 apartments at ‘five year old rates’.
IDA President Jaipal Singh Chavda The authority said that the authority has a total of 808 flats ready for possession in its apartments in scheme 155 near Sangam Nagar in low and middle income group categories.
“The apartments are in the heart of the city with around 3 km from the Super Corridor and 4 km from Rajwada Palace,” he said, adding that the complex has a total of three gardens with lift, covered parking, boundary wall and fire protection facility. Arrangement
Authority CEO RP Ahirwar said, “The starting price of 2RK flats (total 35 units) starts from 9.74 lakhs, while 1BHK (total 565 units) and 2BHK (total 208 units) starts from Rs 15.35 lakhs and 20.09 lakhs respectively Is.” That the Authority has deployed its staff on the spot for inspection of units and spot booking.
“The fair to sell flats at the five-year old rate will continue till March 25,” he said.
Amidst the boom in the real estate market and the rise in property rates, IDA has identified a total of 1820 flats in its different apartments to be sold at old rates. The price of these properties ranges from Rs 10 lakh to Rs 40 lakh per unit. Hence, it is expected to attract middle income group buyers the most.
IDA had completed its apartments in schemes 155, 134 and 136 before the outbreak of Covid-19 in 2020. But many flats in these buildings are lying vacant due to no tender being invited to sell them.
