Located in New Delhi: Gurugram Ganga Realty Will invest Rs 750 crore to develop affordable housing project so be it In Sector 5, to sleepthe company said in a media release.
Spread over approximately 22 acres, the project will offer 3 BHK apartments with 645.73 sq. ft. carpet area at a price of Rs 25.14 lakh.
Vikas Garg, Joint Managing Director of the company said the project is ‘self-funded’. “The entire investment will be met from internal accruals and customer advances,” he said.
The company will develop 14 towers with approximately 2,972 affordable units. The project is expected to be delivered by the first quarter of 2027.
The company also claims to be completely debt free.
