IndoreAmid boom in the real estate market and rise in property rates, Indore Development Authority (IDA) has identified a total of 1,820 flats in its various apartments for sale at ‘three year old rates’.
The prices of these properties will range from Rs 10 lakh to Rs 40 lakh per unit and thus, are expected to attract middle-income group buyers the most. IDA had completed its apartments in schemes 155, 134 and 136 before the outbreak of Covid-19 in 2020, but many flats in these buildings are lying vacant as no tenders were invited to sell it. The Authority has decided to sell flats in its newly constructed Amaltas Highrise building located in Scheme 136 at ‘three year old rate’ (up to 2020) along with inviting tenders.
According to the President of IDA Jaipal Singh ChavdaA total of 1,820 flats of 1BHK and 2BHK will be put up for sale in apartments located in the above schemes ranging from Rs 10 lakh to Rs 40 lakh per unit. He said, “Tenders will be invited in this month itself, while it will remain open for the next six months.
As per records, the IDA has fixed a rate of Rs 15.77 lakh for a 1 BHK flat of 52.77 sq mt super built up area in Amaltas High Rise Apartments, which has a total of 672 units.
Ida’s Gulmohar Apartment There are a total of 144 flats, while a 1BHK flat of 61.57 sq.mt super built up area will be sold for Rs 14.26 lakh, while another apartment in scheme 136 called Harshringar Campus has a total of 177 flats, with 96 sq.mt super built up area. Each unit of 2BHK up area will be put up for sale for Rs 36.5 lakh.
In Nipania2BHK flats (total 25 flats) of 107 sq.mt super built up area in IDA’s Scheme 134, Highrise Campus will be sold at Rs 40 lakh/unit, while in its Scheme 155, IDA has set a rate of 77.41 sq.mt 1BHK flat with super built-up area Rs 15 lakh/unit (total 565 units), 101.10 2BHK flat with super built-up area Rs 20 lakh/unit (total 208 units).
