“A joint survey of the deficient infrastructure should be done in our presence. The estimated cost of completing the deficient infrastructure is Rs 4.5 crore, if the authorities accept this estimate, we will hand over the colony to the MCG,” said Ajay Shokeen, Assistant General Manager (Marketing), Mayfield Projects.
