New Delhi: Sunteck Realty (SRL) has leased out approximately two lakh square feet of built-up area Suntec BKC51from Mumbai upgrade education for a lease period of 29 years, the company said in a BSE filing.
The upgrade will pay an initial rent of around Rs 300 per sq ft per month depending on the carpet area. The company said in a regulatory filing that the total revenue generated from the project during the entire lease period would be around Rs 2,000 crore.
