realty developer Hiranandani Group has leased out approximately 21,000 sq. ft. commercial space on its development Hiranandani Estate In Thane for multiplex chain operator inox For a total period of 15 years.
New multiplex is currently under-construction being developed Bellona Tower In Hiranandani Estate. The tower is expected to be completed in October 2023, with the multiplex opening in January 2024.
Hiranandani Group said the proposed multiplex is expected to increase footfall by 20% at The Walk, a high-street retail development in Hiranandani Estate Township.
INOX will continue to operate the multiplex for 15 years under a long-term lease agreement.
The multiplex facility to be built on the first level of The Walk’s Bellona Tower will have five screens and seating for approximately 900 people. This is the first collaboration of the Hiranandani Group with an entertainment company.
Spread over an area of over 373 acres in Hiranandani Estate Township Thane, The Walk is an open-air high-street retail destination with a leasable area of approximately 1.1 lakh sq ft. With the addition of Bellona Retail, this sector will be close to 1.5 lakh. Square feet
