There are over 1,000 flats including 3-BHK, 2-BHK and 1-BHK which were not sold in the previous bids. Officials said those who can make an advance payment of ₹3 lakh, ₹2 lakh and ₹1 lakh for 3-BHK, 2-BHK and 1-BHK flats before February 15 are eligible for the lottery.
Meanwhile, the HMDA A pre-bid meeting was also held for the auction of 50 plots of 300 square yards each in Medipally and officials claimed that there was an overwhelming response.
During the meeting the officials explained about the advantages of HMDA plots which have title guarantee and for which construction permission can be obtained without any hassle.
