Washington based contract management software company isertis‘ Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer Monish Darda bought a luxury residential in the apartment Mumbaiis luxurious Juhu Localities for around Rs 38 crore.

In 2021, Super Cassettes Industries bought an apartment in this tower for around Rs 25.59 crore, while Hrithik Roshan bought two apartments spread over three floors in this project for less than Rs 100 crore.
