The main concern of the residents is that the structural safety of the buildings adjacent to the plots having stilt plus four floors is being jeopardized due to frequent emergence of cracks. There has been a sudden increase in daily disputes between the plot owners/residents of all the urban estates of the state. Residents have also complained about obstruction of natural air and sunlight in the plots/buildings adjacent to the apartments.
