construction company Jay Kumar Infraprojects‘ Managing director Nalin Gupta I have bought two side by side bungalows Mumbaiis luxurious Juhu Total area of 50 crore rupees.
Spread over 5,650 sq ft cumulative built-up area, both the bungalows are part of a housing society.
Gupta has acquired the said property, which is built on a land parcel spread over one-fifth of an acre, along with his wife Shalini.
The buyers have paid stamp duty of Rs 3 crore for the registration of the deal which took place on January 17.
While both the bungalows have a relatively similar structure of ground floor and single floor, one of them is spread over 3,403 sq ft and the other property has an area of 2,247 sq ft, show documents obtained through indextap.com, a real estate advisory firm Is.
Both Nalin Gupta and his wife are part of Jay Kumar InfraprojectsThe ‘promoter group’ together through their respective direct holdings hold more than 7.17% equity in the company.
Among its major projects, the company is working on underground and elevated metro projects in Mumbai, Delhi, Ahmedabad, Surat and Pune.
J Kumar Infraprojects has taken up the EPC work on the Mumbai Metro Project Line 2A and Line 7, which started operations last week. Apart from metro projects, the company deals in urban infrastructure sectors including flyovers, subways, bridges, roads and civil construction.

Recently, a group unit of pharmaceutical manufacturing company Macleods Pharmaceuticals, Agarwal Holdings It acquired a land parcel of about two acres in posh Juhu and a structure built on the same for Rs 332 crore in two separate transactions.
This was the second property bought by Agarwal Holdings in Juhu. In 2021, the company acquired a bungalow in the area.
Juhu is known for the properties of Bollywood actors, directors and producers. It also counts several industrial and corporate stalwarts as its prominent residents. Recently, actors Vicky Kaushal and Katrina Kaif have shifted to their residence here while being cricketers. Virat Kohli and his actress wife Anushka Sharma moved in sometime back.
