New Delhi: Godrej Properties (GPL) has purchased 60 acres of land on outright basis Oragadam Junction, Chennaithe company said in a BSE filing.
The proposed project is estimated to have a developable potential of around 1.6 million sq ft of salable area comprising mainly residential Plot Development.
It has recently acquired about 9 acres of land Gurugram, Haryana through outright purchase. The project will offer approximately 1.6 million sq ft of premium residential development.
Also acquired about 62 acres of land through outright purchase in Kurukshetra, The project will offer approximately 1.4 million sq ft of plotted residential development.
