Zurich, credit Suisse has sold one of its buildings in the heart of geneva for just over 200 million Swiss francs ($217 million) to an investment foundation, the foundation confirmed Thursday.

The Swiss bank, which is trying to recover from a string of scandals, is set to remain a long-term tenant of the building.

Credit Suisse is working on potential asset and business sales to return to profitability.

In October it came to light that the bank Savoy Hotel On Paradeplatz in the heart of Zurich’s financial district.

A source with knowledge of the matter said that Credit Suisse has been selling the building for some time.

“This is completely unrelated to the restructuring plan announced on October 27,” the person said.
