Gurugram: Home buyers of key housing projects Raheja Developers A protest was held outside the company’s office here on Saturday over the delay in delivery of flats.
The home buyers were demanding that the builder should either hand over the house or refund the money. they allege that its buyers are Raheja Revanta Projects located in Sector 78 have been waiting for the last five years for the delivery of their homes.
The buyers allege that even after taking 90 per cent money for the flat, they are being misled in the name of completing the project. The local police had also reached the spot.
Arjun, president of the association of Raheja Revanta Society, said that the builder sold the flats in the name of the tallest project in Delhi NCR and Haryana. He bought flats for Rs 1 crore to Rs 5 crore.

A spokesperson for Raheja Developers said in a statement that they are aggressively taking up the infrastructure issue with the government.
