Jaipur : The Rajasthan Housing Board ,rhb) have made significant changes in design to provide buyers with “ready-to-shift” housing, especially independent houses. Now, all the RHB residences will be constructed in such a way that buyers can easily buy and move in these properties.
“Till now the independent houses given to the allottees by the RHB did not have the facility of attached bath, boundary wall and stairs. The allottees had to build the boundary wall and stairs at their own cost. Now after the amendment, a senior official said The design, will help us incorporate these features and the allottees will get ready to move in housing.

After the approval of the designs, they have been sent to all the offices of the circle. Now whatever new independent houses or multi-storey flats will be built by the Housing Board for different income groups, they will be built on the basis of these new types of designs.

The revamp also includes certain specifications regarding the use of construction materials, such as the use of high-quality tiles, textured paints, kitchen slabs and sinks made of granite, and high-quality plasters. “Recently RHB had taken up projects of construction of high-end luxurious projects in Pratap Nagar and Jagatpura and these amendments were necessary to implement those projects.
