The KMC official said that the KMC was in a hurry to implement the decision.
Speaking on the Automatic Mutation Process, State Municipal Affairs Minister firhad hakim Said on Thursday, “We are moving towards an auto mutation process. There are cases in which some plots were handed over Kolkata Improvement TrustBut the name of the said land was yet to be changed. The deed also remained with the owner of the land. The heir of the owner did mutation and tried to sell the land to someone. Auto mutation can avoid such confusion,” said Hakim.
