According to documents accessed by real estate data analytics firm CRE Matrix, Star Hotel PVR Ltd. has sold the bungalow and the registration of the property has been done on 31st October.
Sunder Nagar has emerged as a preferred destination for HNIs and many have bought bungalows in Tony Lutyens Enclave since the outbreak of Covid.
Shah has paid stamp duty of Rs 2.56 crore for the registration of the property.
Shah and Star Hotels did not respond to an email.
Former Solicitor General of India Gopal Subramaniam has recently bought a sprawling 866 square yard bungalow in Lutyens Delhi’s Sunder Nagar area for Rs 85 crore.

Central and South Delhi continue to be the most sought-after property destinations.
