Kanpur, Kanpur Development Authority ,KDA) has invited online applications for sale of 101 Non-Residential/Commercial Plots through E-Auction from 16th November to 15th December.
A KDA official said applicants have to register themselves on the e-auction portal by December 14.
All the plots are located in full-fledged KDA schemes, and 101 plots are reserved for shops, nursing homes, nursery schools, cattle colonies, milk collection centres, veterinary clinics and petrol pumps.
KDA Housing Scheme where the plots are located are Jarauli, Ispat Nagar, Kalpi Nagar, trade town, Vaidehi NagarCattle Colony, Kidwai Nagar Block Y-1, Shujaat Ganj Block-B, Swarna Jayanti Vihar, Mahavir Nagar Extension and Shatabdi Nagar Sector-4.
According to public relations officer SB Rai, the KDA has fixed the minimum price of the plot in the range of Rs 7,200 per sq m to Rs 80,000 per sq m.
He advised the applicants to visit the plot site with the help of Google location before purchasing the plot.
To get the plot, the applicant has to participate in the e-auction and there he can participate in the purchase of more than one plot, but he will have to deposit the required amount for each plot.
The PRO said that the successful applicant would be provided with the possession along with the registry of the plot on payment of the full cost of the plot.
