Bhubaneswar: The Bhubaneswar Development Authority ,BDA) has extended the last date to apply for allotment of houses Daya Enclave, a housing project for the middle income group at K9B in Bhagwanpur on the outskirts of the city. The last date for receipt of applications for allotment of accommodation has been extended till July 26.
People can visit the official website of BDA and click on the link to apply for house allotment in Daya Enclave.
In an official notice, the BDA said that home buyers can apply till July 26. Those who have already submitted their valid application online need not apply again.
The five-storey residential complex is equipped with other amenities like parking space, community hall, garden, sports area and power back-up facilities. The housing project consists of 128 apartments (2BHK).
BDA is constructing two more projects in K9A, Kalinga Nagar and Subuddhipur. BDA sources said they would be ready by the end of this year.
