Gurugramhundreds of residents of : Central Park 2 The Sohna Road-based company took out a protest march on Sunday against changing the layout plan without the consent of the developer and restricting their access to common facilities.

The residents alleged that even after more than a decade of taking possession, they have been denied access to amenities at Central Greens, including the club.

He pointed out that the builder revised the project plan in 2019, which was approved by the town and country planning department in 2021, without the mandatory consent from the existing Tower 1-9 flat owners.

According to the residents, the license for the project for 27 towers was obtained in 2006. Possession of towers 1 to 9 began in 2008–2009, while construction of the remaining towers began during the same period.

The developer then constructed a wall to separate the nine towers from the rest of the project on the pretext of temporary measures keeping in mind the safety of the residents during construction.

However, even after receiving possession certificates in 2014 for towers 10 to 25, the developer refused to remove the wall, he alleged.

Bellevue President Prabhat Bhardwaj Central Park 2 condominium association said, “Residents of Towers 1-9 are not allowed inside the main complex as the entry is blocked. Besides, they have put up a gate and locked a government revenue road.” DTCP The revised project plan has been approved without the mandatory consent from the residents. There seems to be a strong nexus, which needs to be thoroughly investigated,” he said.

Meanwhile, a Central Park spokesperson denied the allegations and said, “The apartments with all amenities were delivered and handed over more than a decade ago. But the RWA has failed to maintain these amenities and the IBMSD funds which were available at the time of handover 11 crores, the AMC of the lifts could not be continued even after reducing it. The embezzlement of the amount should be probed. As far as the wall is concerned, it was due to deep excavation and ongoing construction at the site was done to ensure the safety of residents and workers.”
