Mahindra Lifespaces to invest Rs 85 crore in plotted development project in Chennai, ET Real Estate

New Delhi: Mahindra Lifespace Developers (MLDL), the real estate and infrastructure development business of Mahindra GroupThere is a plan to invest Rs 85 crore in a plotted development project – Lakefront Estates Is located at Mahindra World City (MWC), Chennai,

Spread across 19 acres, the project is expected to generate total revenue of around Rs 150 crore and will have 282 plots available in sizes up to 5,000 sq ft.

The possession of the project is expected in March 2025.

In April 2023, the company announced that it would be redeveloping a residential society project in Malad-West, Mumbai. The project will be developed over approximately 3.68 acres of land and will provide a revenue potential of approximately Rs 850 crore to the company.
