Registration for 5,500 flats in Delhi to begin from June 30, Real Estate News, ET Real Estate

New Delhi: The Delhi Development Authority ,D.D.A) is all set to start registration for 5,500 flats under its Phase IV housing scheme from 12 noon on June 30.

the flats are located Jasola (40 having high income group or HIG flats), Dwarka (having 50 middle income group or MIG flats), Lok Nayak Puram, Rohini, Siraspur and Narela.

Apart from Low Income Group (LIG) and Economic Weaker Section (EWS) flats, Narela also has 149 MIG flats.

Irrespective of the type of flat buyer applying, the registration fee will be Rs 1,000. Fee is non-refundable.

Then, buyers will be given a window of 4-5 days to view sample flats at each site and book the flat of their choice. An online portal will also be launched for online booking of flats.
