Mohali: Greater Mohali Area Development Authority (gamadais all set to launch the second phase of Purab Premium Apartment Project with allotment of 550 apartments. The apartments being offered are ready to move in and the possession will be given to the allottees only after paying 25% of the total cost. The Purab Premium Apartments project is spread over 37 acres and is centrally located and easily accessible from the international airport, district administrative complex and renowned educational and health institutions.
Gupta said, “It is an already inhabited project as more than 650 families are living here and enjoy amenities like earthquake resistant construction, power backup, 24-hour water supply along with recreational facilities like yoga and meditation halls and sports. Taking. The project has also provided amenities such as lawn tennis court, skating rink, badminton court, basket ball court, volley ball court, all-weather swimming pool and many more.
Lead banks have been linked to the scheme for sale of scheme brochures as well as acceptance of application forms. Gupta said that the brochures can also be purchased from the Single Window Service Counter at Puda Bhawan, Sector 62, Mohali.
Notably in 2017, GMADA constructed 1,620 premium apartments of three types (Type-I, Type-II and Type-III) in Sector 88. Out of 1,620 units, 954 have already been allotted, out of which 590 have taken possession of their units. While the rest have either surrendered or have not been sold. The project consists of 27 towers with 60 flats. Around 700 flats are lying vacant in Purba Premium Apartments, ready to move in, out of which applications are being invited for 550 flats.
