Noida: Pending registries are being resolved in a high-level meeting, whose information will be given directly to the CM. GNIDA CEO Ritu Maheshwari at a meeting with a delegation of residents of Greater Noida West. Maheshwari also said that steps like attachment of builder’s property/assets are being considered for early recovery of dues to facilitate registries, which will increase revenue.
Abhishek Kumar, President, New Era Flat Owners Welfare Association (NEFOWA), said, “We apprised the CEO about our continuous struggle despite paying all our dues and still not getting the possession, and urged him to find an early solution and further Urged to find a way to grow.” ,
Maheshwari listens to her request and says that the matter is being taken up at the highest level including with the Chief Minister, which she updates regularly. Maheshwari says that the builders owe money to the authority, who are in debt, so they are also interested in resolving the matter. Kumar says the CEO told the residents that the authority has recommended action against the errant builders.
Residents also raised issues of increasing encroachment, traffic and inadequate municipal works – including garbage removal and manual cleaning of roads.
The CEO assured the residents that these issues would be rectified.
