TNHB sets up petition box to address grievances, Real Estate News, ET Real Estate


Trichy: A petition box was placed Tamil Nadu Housing Board ,tnhb) For the beneficiaries on Saturday in five districts including the office Trichy Submission of complaints regarding difficulties in obtaining registration documents and allotment orders for housing units.

The petition box will be available for one month tnhb Office located near KK Nagar Police Station in Trichy, petitions will be forwarded to a special cell Chennai To find a solution within a month.

TNHB officials said that some of the beneficiaries could stay in the housing units developed by TNHB only because of the holding of allotment orders.

Since the sale deed document is also required, the officials said that beneficiaries requiring such important documents can lodge a complaint in the petition box to find a faster solution.

“a committee in Chennai Appointed by the State Government to inquire into petitions, and they shall decide whether a resolution of the petition can be provided. The box will be available in the TNHB office till June 30,” said an official source in TNHB.

People from Ariyalur, Perambalur, Pudukottai, Karur and Trichy can avail this opportunity. Petitions can also be submitted on issues in the allotment of housing units in upcoming projects. Such petition boxes have been placed at 16 places across the state.
