Noida: The Noida Authority has said that subleased deeds or registries of 1,097 flats in 21 group housing projects in the city could be executed but held by real estate developers, who are not working in favor of home buyers. These projects are located in Sectors 75, 78, 121, 137, 144, 143B, 108, 168 and 107. Noida The authority on Tuesday warned of penal action against errant developers for not ensuring registries.
It released a list of 21 real estate projects in which registries of a total of 1,097 flats could be executed but have been put on hold.
“The objective of the Government of Uttar Pradesh is to ensure that more and more home buyers get the possession of their homes. To fulfill the objective, Noida Authority Prasoon Dwivedi, officer on special duty (group housing), Noida Authority, said the drive is on, but still the tripartite subleased deeds or registries have not been executed in favor of the homebuyers.
Dwivedi said in a statement, “Hence, buyers of builder projects whose flats or towers have been permitted to execute registry buyers after completion should approach their builder/developer to get tripartite subleased deed or their homes to ensure the execution of the Registry.
The OSD directed the builders to provide requisite facilities and assistance to the home buyers so as to ensure maximum registration.
“In case of non-compliance, penal action will be considered against the concerned builders/developers in line with land allotment rules and RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Authority),” warned the official.
Projects that have been approved for registry of flats include those that have been constructed Aims Max Gardenia Developers (Three Projects in Sector 75), Apex Dream Homes (Sector 75), Maxbliss Construction (Sector 75), AIIMS RG Angel Promoters (Sector 75), IVY County (Sector 121), Purvanchal Project (Sector 137), and Gulshan Homes Infrastructure (Sector 144), as per list.
Others are Orion Infrabuild (Sector 78), Rani Promoters (Sector 143B), E-Homes Infrastructure (Sector 75), Nexgen Infracon (Sector 78), Indosum Infra Developers (Sector 75), Valuent Infradevelopers (Sector 75), Gulshan Homes (Sector 75). Sector 137), Divine India (Sector 108), IITL Nimbus Hyde Park (Sector 78), Imperial Housing Venture (Sector 137), Paras Seasons Haven (Sector 168), and Sunworld Developers (Sector 107), the list showed.
