Vaishnavi Group leases 4.12 lakh sq ft office space in Bengaluru to Navi Technologies, ET Real Estate

New Delhi: Realty Firm Vaishnavi Group said on Wednesday that it has provided 4.12 lakh square feet of office space on lease Navi Technologies In Bangalore,

The company has leased 4.12 lakh sq ft of prime office space to the insurance company. Navi Technologies on its project Vaishnavi Tech Square,

Spread over 4 acres, this technology park has a seating capacity of more than 4,000 employees. Vaishnavi Group said in a statement.

The company did not disclose the rent at which the property has been leased out.

Vaishnavi Group currently has over 1 million (10 lakh) sq ft of commercial development under construction and 2.5 million (25 lakh) sq ft in the pipeline.

The Bengaluru-based group has so far developed over 10 million (100 lakh) sq ft of residential, commercial and retail.
